Admittedly a niche product, as you’ll need to already own StashedProducts’ SpaceRail bicycle storage system, the new Launch Pad keeps your bikes from elbowing each other on long days together.
The Launch Pad is a padded panel accessory designed to prevent bike-to-bike contact, but they add some nifty features that beat handing moving blankets between your bikes.
The panels look like dry-cleaning bags and slot into SpaceRail storage systems, sliding with your bikes (or your customer’s bikes) to prevent scratches, dings, etc. They’re made of a soft-touch PE fabric exterior with PU coating for easy cleaning, with 3mm of internal foam padding.
A ladder lock buckle system allows height adjustment to accommodate different bike sizes, while an in-rail eyelet enables the pad to slide smoothly along SpaceRail tracks.
The design includes a central slot for threading security cables and an A5-sized clear pouch for identification or service documentation – a feature bike shops should appreciate. Available now for $81 each. Dimensions are 145cm (H) x 80cm (W).
