For fall/winter 2026, the brand recently introduced several new garments designed to be adaptable and help take the guesswork out of dressing for fall riding.

LUXE Air Vest and Jacket
Velocio is adding to its popular LUXE line with the new Air Vest and Air Jacket. Both are designed to “deliver exceptional warmth in a lightweight build that wears more like a jersey than a winter jacket.” Of course, the jacket has full sleeves while the vest does not; otherwise, they feature the same materials and construction.
With body-mapped active insulation and a protective shell up front, and jersey-weight fleece on the back, the LUXE Air Vest and Jacket aim to provide wind and weather protection with reliable, adaptable thermal regulation. Both have two-way zippers and come in men’s and women’s versions in Dark Slate and Dark Sulphur colorways.

ONE Thermal Bib Tights
Velocio calls the new ONE Thermal Bib Tight “a versatile three-season workhorse with balanced compression for mid-distance rides and lightweight thermal insulation for everything from cool mornings to brisk winter days.” According to the brand, it slots in between the standard LUXE Bib Tight and the LUXE Thermal Bib Tight in terms of warmth and protection from the elements. It’s warmer than the former, but not as insulating, windproof, or compressive as the latter — striking a balance for riders who only want ONE bib tight for all their cool-cold weather riding.
The ONE Thermal Bib Tight is made from a recycled thermal fabric with a lightweight fleece lining and moderate compression for mid-distance rides. It features Velocio’s multi-density Signature Chamois, and the women’s version includes the FreeFly design to facilitate bathroom breaks without the need to remove layers.

TRAIL Merino Long Sleeve
The new TRAIL Merino Long Sleeve was designed to be an all-day essential for mountain biking once the temperatures drop. It features a grid-knit heavyweight merino blend fabric on the front and arms with a midweight mesh back for breathability. The denser front and arm fabric stands up to brushes with trailside obstacles and blocks a little wind, while the grid texture inside is claimed to “lift off your skin to trap warmth while creating channels that move air, wicking away sweat and excess heat.”
The TRAIL Merino Long Sleeve comes in men’s and women’s versions in three colors: Black, Rocky Ridge (beige), and Deep Forest. We’ve got one in for testing and will follow up with a review in the near future.

Air Pullover
The all-new Air Pullover is designed to be worn on its own or as a cold-weather layering piece, whether you’re on the bike or not. It features a featherlight 95g high-loft fleece covering the front, shoulders, and back, paired with merino grid sleeves. Velocio says the fleece body “traps heat when you’re taking it easy, and turbocharges breathability and wicking when you’re on the move.” Meanwhile, the merino-grid sleeves add durability and also aid with thermal regulation.
Velocio says that it’s a great piece to wear on its own while riding, to the trailhead, or kicking it around the house. When temperatures are frigid, layer it under a shell and/or add a base layer to crank up the warmth. Like all of the other Velocio pieces listed here, the Air Pullover comes in men’s and women’s versions. We’ve also got one of these in for testing and will follow up with a review once it’s cool enough to try it out.
