As part of an ongoing effort to remember and honor the late Amy Dombroski, WickWerks and Katie Compton (Trek Cyclocross Collective) are teaming up for a special sale on Ebay. The auction includes a set of WickWerk’s 42/34 combination cross rings – the same rings Katie has been running this season on her Trek Crockett 9. The rings won’t be available for sale to the public until next year, so in addition to supporting the Amy Dombroski Foundation, you can also get your hands on the rings ahead of time.

The auction also includes a special jacket from KFC herself, check it out after the break!

Like other WickWerks cross rings, the 42/34 rings are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum that is then hard anodized for durability in the tough conditions of cross. Their BRIDGE technology claims to provide lightning fast shifts over traditional pins, even in total slop. The rings are 5 bolt 110 BCD for road compact cranks, and are 9/10/11 speed compatible.

Included with the chain rings is this custom Trek Cyclocross Collective Thermal jacket in size Women’s Large. You might not be as bad ass as KFC herself, but you could pretend with this. Or hang it on your wall.

Bidding starts at $100 and the auction ends December 9th, at 6:21 PST.

All proceeds will go to the Amy Dombroski Foundation which serves to encourage and support girls and women on bikes. Funds will help provide cycling clinics and other events to empower women through cycling and encourage them to follow their dreams. Just like Amy would have wanted.
