Developed for those who eschew composites on their trail bike, the YT Capra 27 AL Limited Edition sticks with alloy version of the popular consumer-direct enduro bike, in a unique limited time only raw aluminum finish. And then to top it off YT builds the bike up with a premium spec of lightweight, durable alloy components.
A super high-performance, aggressive aluminum bike, the YT Capra 27 AL Limited Edition is seriously limited. Only 200 bikes have been made, with half hitting the market in Europe & the other half in the USA.

Beyond the raw finish and no-carbon spec, this is the same 180mm travel, 27.5″ wheeled Capra enduro mountain bike that YT debuted last February with the Return of the Goat.
Longer, slacker & lower than the previous generation, YT calls it “a full-blown DH machine with the climbing prowess of a trail bike”.
Geometry mixes those tendencies, developed with short chainstays, a long wheelbase & slack modern trail geometry for riders “looking for the liveliness of a trail bike with the suspension travel reserves of a downhill bike”. The Capra 27 AL LTD is available in five stock sizes (S-XXL).
YT says they put special attention into these bikes with quality workmanship you can see in the multi-butted and hydroformed alloy tubeset that has nowhere to hide in this raw aluminum look.

No carbon cranks, rims, or even brake levers, this baby is all alloys!
The LTD bike is only available in a single complete build, featuring a Fox 36 fork, DHX2 shock & Transfer dropper post, all in Factory Kashima finish.
Drivetrain is alloy too, with a e*thirteen TRS+ 1x crank, XTR rear derailleur, and wide range e*thirteen 9-46 11-speed cassette.
Brakes are SRAM Code RSC, cockpit by Renthal, and a set of e*thirteen TRS+ wheels with 2.35″ TRS Plus & Race tires to finish it out. The complete bike in size small has a claimed weight of 14.5kg / 32.0lb.
