FROM LOOK: A cyclist’s cleat position is significant in getting the most out of a ride. The proper positioning can limit the risk of injury and also improve overall performance. The new KEO Fit, LOOK’s first dynamic system to adjust the cleat position, is an innovative tool to help identify both the ideal cleat position and the correct cleat.
The LOOK KEO Fit dynamic adjustment system is made for all types of cyclists, from competitive riders to recreational riders. The system measures the cleat position accurately utilizing a magnetic sensor that records the angular movement of the foot while pedaling and calculates the average foot position within 0.1°.
An added feature is the memory clip, which has the ability to store the adjusted position obtained with the KEO Fit after a cleat replacement, meaning a cyclist’s optimum cleat position is never compromised.
The KEO Fit Cleat Positioning System will be available at participating retailers May 2009.
