Prologo introduced the F1 inspired CPC (Connect Power Control) vibration damping material to its saddles and gloves last summer. Now, they’ve added it to the semi-round Nago Evo shape, providing one more option. Claimed weight is 160g with carbon rails.
The material also helps prevent slipping. I’ve been riding their gloves with it on and off for the past year and, despite generally preferring gloves with a bit of padding, tend to like them as long as the bar tape’s not too thin.
Close up of the material and their new PAS “love channel” saddle design below…
CPC is basically an elastic polymer formed into small tapered tubes of varying diameter and height depending on placement. It’s available on several models, including their triathlon/TT saddles.
The Nago Evo Pas is an all-new design with a central relief channel to keep your important bits feeling…well, just “feeling”. The nose on these models gets a slightly more pronounced drop and squared off shape. Weight is 175g with carbon rails, no weight is listed for this model with non-carbon rails.
