My first (real) mountain bike was a Bianchi Nyala steel hardtail…still have it.  Their frames have changed quite a bit since then, but the italian sexiness hasn’t.  Still catch myself staring at the ol’ girl in the garage… Anywhoo, here are some of the highlights for the ’09 Bianchi mountain bike range.  Click on the pics to enlarge.  “More” for more photos…
The next three are variations of Bianchi’s carbon nano-tube Oetzi hardtail line up.  Note the different component groups to tailor the ride to its intended user.  Guessing from the range, the frame should be pretty durable for everything from XC racing to light all-mountain riding.
For full suspension, there’s the  XC Caal with a mix of Shimano SLX and FSA and a Marzocchi Bomber fork.  This is very, very different looking than their ’08 design, which looked decidedly more like a XC FS bike.  This one has a much slacker looking head angle and the parts mix hints more at free-ride/AM use, despite the “XC” and “SL” descriptors on the frame.  We’ll get more detail at Interbike and report back…
