lance armstrong livestrong trek madone 2009 tour down under de france new bike secret code

Here it is, in all its camera phone glory.  Lance Armstrong’s new Livestrong Trek Madone is built with SRAM Red and Bontrager Aeolus 5.0 wheels.  If he’s riding what the rest of the team is riding, those are Look KEO pedals (let’s hope they followed through on the recall…ha!).  Click on the pic to enlarge.

Read “more” for additional pics and insight into what those numbers on the seat tube and seat stay mean…

From a Twitter post on Lance’s tweet list, it’s suggested that the 1274 is the number of days since Lance’s last pro race.

The 27.5 on the seat stay (below) is supposedly the number of people in millions that have died from cancer in the world during that time.

The pics are obviously lo-res, but the tire looks to be Bontrager XXX Race Day…that’s the only one on Bonty’s site that has the wide colored stripe on the sides, but on the site they’re white stripes.

There’s a better res pic of part of the bike on a previous post.
