Tout Terrain, a manufacturer of touring and commuter bikes, has just won three Eurobike awards for some pretty neat innovations.  The first, their Metropolitan bike with belt drive, won based on the implementation of a variable belt adjustment mechanism, an integrated rack with Snap-It adapters to easy installation and use, and the wiring for the rear light runs through its tubes and its Ergo-Stop handlebar stopper, a bumper to keep your frame and cables safe.
More exciting, though, is their Maverick-produced touring suspension fork.  The inverted design allows for full pannier mounting, which mounts to the top of the fork and remains stationary with the bike.  The fender mounts attach to the bottom to move with the wheel, and the custom hub is a dynamo generator that feeds into a USB plug on the stem cap.  Sweet!
