INTERBIKE 2009 – Walked by Niner’s booth and Fuzzy, one of their sponsored riders, showed me this.  It’s an $8 water bottle cage mount that replaces your steerer tube top cap, from King Cage.  Nifty!

i use nylon washers as a cap and wire tie bottle cage front to handlebar stem end for my light weight bottle holder.one star nut bolt used going thru bottle cage hole.
