Trickstuff’s Hydraulic Rotor mechanism, dubbed the Trixer, lets you spin your bar or whip your bike up to 720º endlessly without tangling up your hydraulic brake hose on your frame.  Here’s the great Deutsch-like English description:

Now is “bar spin” time, ´cause now you can spin you bar 360° – even with hydraulic disc brakes! Or do you prefer 720°? No problem with the TR!XER which replaces the upper headset cups and allows endless bar spinning.

For Dirt Bikers only!

Looking at this, it doesn’t prevent the bar from getting totally tangled, as the line is still running from the top of the headtube down to the fork, but it prevents the line from getting caught up on the top- and downtubes as you spin through the air.  Most likely, the line just starts wrapping around the top of the fork’s crown and requires some slack…and at some point you’re going to have to spin it back around the other way. Thanks to the commenters below for clarifying…when used with a rear brake, it prevents any entanglement of the hose on the bar.  For sheer engineered coolness, the Trixer should help keep dirt jumpers from getting their ‘drauls in a bunch.

Pricing, specs and another pic after the break…

The Trixer comes in a eight versions to fit standard 1-1/8″ headsets and tapered up to 1.5″ headsets, with models for both regular and integrated headsets.  There are also versions for use with mineral oil or DOT brake fluid.  Price is €99 for the rotor assembly and €33.76 for the connection kit (hoses, nozzles, adapters, etc.)

if you use this on the rear brake there wil;l be no “hose tangle problems”. for the front you can run the hose thru the stem bolt.

Nope, this lets you spin the bars as much as you want in any one direction. Been around in BMX for years, but this gyro (few years old) is for hydraulic brakes. Atomlab also makes one, but word is the Atomlab one is leaky.

This is for a rear brake, so it shouldn’t get tangled on the front fork. You can run your front brake hose down the center of your head tube so it won’t get tangled on your fork…

One of my friends who rode a trials bike had this, was complex to put together and didn’t work very well, we are both mechanics and felt it was hard to adjust to get it working without fault…
its a great idea, but needs a little more refinement…

There’s a video of Cam McCaul doing a bike check featuring the Trixer at the Post Office jumps in Aptos, CA at http://www.pinkbike.com/video/108578/

The thought of those jumps has me frozen in place, but he’s so dialed on the jumps that he’s got a running commentary thrown in between double barspins, 360s, and all sorts of other madness.
