Brodie is celebrating their 25th anniversary by unleashing a full run of new and updated bicycles covering every riding style but full on downhill/freeride. In this post we’re bringing you the road, commuter and cyclocross bikes, starting with the Speed Series of drop bar bikes for everything from touring and commuting to road riding and cyclocross.
Shown above is the Remo, which they say is suitable for “longer charity rides, fondos, beginner triathlon, commuting”.

Argus (Touring – $1199 msrp)
Elan ($1499 msrp) with disc brakes as well. Elan/Argus have wider tire clearance front/rear, pump peg, new dropouts, higher riding position, chain stay brake.
Romax (Al) and Ronin (below) are lighter with new 7005 Aluminum Frames w/ option of canti or disc brakes.
EXPRESS Series – Flat Bar Commuter / Road “shaped, elegant, usefulâ€
Express Series (except Voltage) receives shaped, lighter frames and are fully set up for rack/fender mounts. They have a slightly more upright riding position. There’s a front suspension option for the Dynamo and a new ladies frame and 62cm frame on select models. New Alfine-11 Speed model, the ‘Once’ (“On-Sayâ€- 11 in Spanish).
JOURNEY Series – Hybrid / Comfort / Cruiser “getting more for less; kick stands, racks and fendersâ€
The Quantum receives a 63mm lockout fork, kickstand, fenders and rack. Sterling now comes with disc brakes and kickstand. Pax gets ‘blinged-out’ with new rack and chain guard.
