What you’re looking at here is a fuzzy phone cam shot of a 2011 Jamis Dakar XCT full suspension prototype. We got this from a reliable source with a limited details, such as a new shock placement and asymmetrical chainstays. We’re working on getting more info. Compare it to the current XCT 1 model, pictured after the break….
Compared to the model shown on their website, the prototype looks to have a slightly larger, differently shaped shock mount on the downtube. That’s about all we can tell from these images, though…updates as we get them.
