anne caroline chaussons Mojo 650b

First spotted on a Moots 650b YBB at NAHBS, Mavic has since been pretty quiet about their adoption of 650b. Rumor has it that in the next couple weeks we might be hearing more, but in the mean time Anne Caroline Chausson’s new Mojo HDR just popped up in 650b mode. While the Moots had a pair of Crossmax SLRs in 27.5, Anne’s bike looks like it could have a pair of Crossmax, along with Mavic 650b tires! It looks like the Mavic Wheel Tire Systems might be coming to mountain bikes very soon.

More when we get it.

Update: Jerome Clementz also on the new Crossmax Enduro WTS after the break!

Front tyre looks a LOT like a High Roller. Could they just be rebranded Maxxis ? Or maybe Mavic is just launching tyres manufactured by CST …

And I hate the yellow Mavics … 🙁

Of course they are made by another company…you don’t just wake up one day and decide to manufacture tires.
D’accord – a French company would make sense…

Also – a lot of tires look like High Rollers now.

“While the Moots had a pair of Crossmax SLRs in 27.5, Anne’s bike looks like it could have a pair of Crossmax…”

I guess you meant DeeMax right?

^No… Crossmax sx… grapphics pattern matches that, not Deemax. Also makes more sense on an Enduro bike

For all high roller fan, High roller comes from Michelin comp 16!!! Look closely at the tread and you’ll see. Comp 16 were there 4 or 5 years before high roller.
