Cinelli Releases Two Retro Cycling Jerseys Honoring Hans-Henrik Oersted

ASSOS-X-CINELLI-X-HH-OERSTED-bicycle-jersey

Cinelli has just released two jerseys dedicated to former Cinelli rider, Pro Pursuit World Champion, and Hour Record holder Hans-Henrik Oersted.

The first is the Bassano 85. It’s made in Switzerland by Assos and mirrors the jersey worn during his first place victory in Pro Pursuit UCI Track Cycling World Championships at Bassano del Grappa in 1985 on a Cinelli Laser. The other, the Recordman, is made in Italy by SMS Santini, his original supplier back in 1985, the year he set the sea-level hour record. Check that one and a nice “training” pic below…

I´m so happy the prices are not published… Thank you!!! i´m sure they will be embarrasingly uber-expensive. they look great though.

@MaLóL: Yes I agree about the price thing. Probably $200 or more which is a bit beyond stupid. Still, I could almost be tempted given how amazing it looks.

The first Jersey is €149,00 or $200.99. The second Jersey is €110,00 or $148.38. Safe to say I won’t be in the market for one any time soon.
