Till a couple of years ago, BOS Suspension of rally car and now mountain bike fame was the mysterious unicorn privy only to Europe with a reputation that set the bar high. Since in America BOS has gotten good reviews but parts availability and service was a concern… until now.
By March shops and current BOS owners can rest assured as Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) will be the distributor and service & warranty center for BOS in the United States.
Luke Mussleman, BOS’ global sales and marketing director had this to say:
“QBP’s operational excellence has positioned them as the industry leader when it comes to customer service. That fact when coupled with their unbridled support of the IBD channel makes QBP the obvious choice as we continue to improve access to our products.”
Canadians can purchase BOS products through QBP as well but will continue to use SuspensionWerx for all service.
