Steve Peat and Crankbrothers have worked together since 2003, when he started riding the original Mallet pedals. Now, they’re celebrating that long standing relationship with these limited edition signature Mallet DH pedals.

Only 1,000 will be made, and they’ll go on sale first at the Fort William UCI World Cup DH race June 3-5, 2016, where Peaty himself will be on hand to sign autographs. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Steve Peat Syndicate Scholarship Fund under the Crankbrothers for Others program to help younger riders get the support and gear they need to make a go of it…

The signature edition pedal gets a double black anodized body with red ano accents. Peaty’s signature and a Union Jack “Cheers” graphic are laser etched on the leading/trailing faces, and each is numbered.

Retail is £134.99, and any pedals not sold at the race will be sold through UK dealers only.

if they’re only making 1000, seems like they should only sell maybe 10 and hold the rest back for warranty. Being crank bros and all.
