Morpheus has been in the slopestyle game for a while with shorter travel alloy full suspension bikes, but they needed something more for sponsored rider Mitch Chubey to tackle the trails at Whistler and Red Bull Rampage (video below). So they schemed to combine F1 carbon layup techniques with FEA computer modeling to create the Conspiracy, their new full carbon fiber downhill mountain bike we saw at Crankworx. It was impressive not only for its frame design and features, but also for its price, putting a full carbon, incredibly well spec’d DH rig in your hands for under $5K.
Now, it looks like they’re taking all that same carbon tech and putting it into something with a little less than the Conspiracy’s 200mm that you’ll want to pedal uphill, too. Aimed squarely at enduro, the new bike should debut sometime in Spring 2017.
