The 2018 Cannondale Trigger and Jekyll mountain bikes are all new and available now, with completely updated frames and a revised suspension layout using a simpler dual travel shock created in partnership with Fox. The Trigger Carbon 1 has a BallisTec carbon frame and swingarm, spec highlights include: Fox Float 34 Factory fork & Float X Evol shock, Cannondale Hollowgram 30 carbon wheelset, Maxxis Minion 3C/EXO tires (27.5 x 2.3), Truvativ Descent Carbon with Eagle chainring, SRAM XX1/X01 Eagle, Guide RSC brakes with 180mm rotors, Race Face Turbine dropper post with 125mm to 150mm travel depending on frame size. Unless otherwise noted, spec carries over from the models above each bike. The Trigger Carbon 2 gets a BallisTec carbon front triangle with alloy rear end, Fox Float 34 / Float X Performance Elite suspension, WTB Frequency Team i29 wheels, SRAM Eagle XO1 group with same Descendant carbon cranks and Guide RS brakes. Price is $5,999 (€5,999).
The Trigger Carbon 3 gets a Fox Float 34 Performance fork with Float DPS Performance shock, WTB Frequency Race i29 wheels, Minion DHF/DHR II dual compound tires, Cannondale Si crankset with Shimano XT/SLX group, SLX brakes, and a TransX 120mm dropper post for $3,399. For Europe, this model gets a 2×11 drivetrain for €3,999.
The only women’s bike of the bunch is the Trigger Carbon 1 Women’s model, which shares the BallisTec front and alloy rear end and overall spec of the Trigger 3 directly above. Price is $3,999, made for U.S. only.

The Jekyll 1 gets a BallisTec carbon frame and swingarm and gets a Fox Factory Float 36 fork with 170mm travel, Fox Factory Float X Evol shock, Cannondale Hollowgram 30 carbon wheelset, Maxxis Minion 3C/EXO tires (27.5 x 2.5 f/2.4 r), Truvativ Descent Carbon with Eagle chainring, SRAM XX1/X01 Eagle, Guide RSC brakes with 200mm/180mm rotors, Race Face Turbine dropper post with 125mm to 150mm travel depending on frame size. The Jekyll 2 gets a BallisTec carbon front triangle with SmartForm alloy rear end, Fox Float 36 / Float X Performance Elite suspension, WTB Frequency Team i29 wheels, SRAM Eagle XO1 group with same Descendant carbon cranks and Guide RS brakes. Price is $5,999 (€5,999).
