Seems like Vanilla/Speedwagen is doing a full court press on publicity. I’m having Sasha White’s itinerary tattooed on my arm so I don’t miss the opportunity to have a personal fitting with him.

Or you could get a full custom Groundskeeper from Soulcraft for about the same cost from a builder that has been around far longer without all the hype.

So I checked out the Soulcraft website and . . . really? You think it’s in the same ballpark? They look like nice bikes and I’m sure they are well made and all but . . . really? The paint? The fork? The details? For the same money? Nope.

Right? I’d have never guessed the grounds keeper would be on par with the speedvagen price wise.

I’ve got a PF30 on a steel cx bike (similar high-end builder to Vanilla). I thought it was going to be a giant headache, but honestly it’s been totally fine. PF30 on my carbon mountain bike has been a creaky nightmare on the other hand.

It’s amazing what pretty paint/graphics can do to the uninitiated…

Are you saying the bike quality isn’t on par with the quality of the paint and graphics?
