The new X-Fusion Trace 36 is the latest long travel 29er suspension fork to join the big wheel enduro party. It’s going to be available up to 170mm, dropping all the way down to 120mm in 10mm increments. And it’s user adjustable with their internal pin system and a 10mm spacer, as long as you’re willing to open up your fork to do some manual adjustments.
Claimed weight is 2000g. Damping is handled by their closed bladder Roughcut HLR, which has high- and low-speed compression controls and low speed rebound.
It’ll come with lowers cast for Boost-spaced 15mm or 20mm axles, take your pick, it’s not convertible between the two.
The new lowers will fit up to a 29×2.6. Retail will be about $899, available March 2018.
