If you’ve got the bar, now Jones is offering the bag. Well, if you don’t already have their Loophole H-Bar bag that is. Even if you do though, you still might be interested in the new H-Bar Pack. Calling it a pared-down version of the original Loophole, the new H-Bar Pack is a streamlined little bag that is specifically designed for Jones Loop and H-Bars.

To make it lighter and more waterproof, the new bag is made from TPU coated Nylon with welded seams and a sealed zipper. The end result is a bag that weighs in at 95g – just over half of the original’s 162g.

The video above shows how the zipper can be pulled to tension by placement of the four attachment straps, which makes it easy to open and close one handed. It’s also small enough that it doesn’t interfere with the many hand positions of the H-Bar and includes cutouts for your thumb placement at the corners.

If you want to alter where the straps are located, each is anchored to the bag with a daisy chain segment allowing for lateral adjustment.

Measuring 11″ x 4″ x 3.25″, the bags sell for $64 each and are available now.

Big logos on small products is starting to wear me down. Makes me wonder if the goal is better branding and less about function…

That’s why I wouldn’t even consider a new Dodge RAM truck. It appears that most truck manufacturers are going this route though. I would even pay for a tailgate delete option for a more subdued look if it was available.

Agreed. Surly already makes an almost identical product (seen above in related articles) for their Moloko handlebar and they use a black on black logo that gets the branding job done far more tastefully IMO. The fact that they call it the “Adjunct Personal Effects Receptacle” is just icing on the cake.
