Found: Dirt Gloves give style & comfort to you, cash to Treads & Trails kids program

Dirt Gloves is a new startup looking to spread style, protection, and money for charity. They’re starting out with six different designs – plus a rear mudguard – and giving 1% of proceeds to help kids in need of a bike.

It seems that brighly-colored, retro-styled gloves are the thing these days, and Dirt Gloves just introduced their first handful of styles. The company was launched by cycling enthusiast, David Rackow, with a mission to spread style and make a difference in people’s lives. They partnered up with Can’d Aid to donate a portion of sales to Treads & Trails, a program that helps kids get a bicycle of their own.

The gloves are made with a four-way stretch material, and no palm padding (said to guard against hot spots and keep your hands cool). The palms are made of synthetic leather, with a mesh backhand.

The design does not use Velcro, instead relying on a stretch fit for snugness.

Five sizes are available – and Dirt Gloves recommends using the larger of the two measurements above to determine your best fit.

All six styles of Dirt Gloves are available now for $25. In addition, they’re offering a free rear mud guard ($11 value, shown above) for a limited time with all orders.
