Gorgeous country there…while thickly populated by the ever-growing DC-Baltimore metroplex, it is easy to find accessible rural recreation. I recently retired from USFWS….spent a lot of time around Harpers Ferry….biked portions of the C&O —-hiked portions of the AT. I’m envious of those who live in proximity to C&O…and always surprised by those who do but fail to avail themselves to visiting/using it! Keep on biking folks….2nd Star to the right!
