How does a multiple time Trials World Champ make art inspired by his collection of rainbow jerseys? For Kenny Belaey, he replaces a paintbrush with the Pirelli tires & bare Crewkerz WAW rims of his trials bike, and uses balance and bike control to create mountains and those iconic rainbow stripes, in Anything for the stripes, gold.

In between trialsin’, Belaey combines his passion for bikes and painting. This latest original painting is one of many in his series Anything for the stripes that takes inspiration from his many attempts to win the rain bow stripes (something he completed on eight occasions staring when he was just 15 years old).
Belaey says the white textures of Anything for the stripes, gold represent mountain ranges of the Alps, and of course the stripes of the UCI World Champion jersey. This one was sold to a private Swiss collector, but he’s open to produce a limited edition run. So hit him up in the DMs on Instagram or Facebook if you dig it.
Most of his bike-made art is quite abstract.
