We’re here again in Portland, Oregon covering the 2nd annual MADE Show. And, I’m going out on a limb to say that it’s currently the best bike show in the good ol’ US of A. I have no stats to back that statement up, I mean, it’s just my opinion. But after 27+ years in the industry, and countless hours spent walking the aisles of bike shows, I mean, that’s gotta count for somethin’, right?
Regardless, the stoke of this show is like nothing I’ve experienced in quite some time. It reminds me of the big ol’ industry group hug that was the Interbike Shows of yesteryear. Look, I’ve said it before, the overwhelming feeling that you get from a building full of likemindedness is palpable. It makes you feel like you could change the world. That’s the MADE Show for me, seriously… it really is somethin’.
I’m at the venue, and walking the show while the brands get set up for the showtime on Friday. I thought it would be cool to compile a gallery of photos of some things that caught my eye. You know, like a teaser of stuff to come.
