I like that you have these with Watts, in his shop. With the focus on tech that sites like BR have, it’s no secret that retail is falling behind the curve, always playing catch-up to the latest trends in the business. We have two shops in my town (Ithaca NY) that run websites where a customer can order what they need, because obviously a shop can’t carry everything. Or do what Watts does, offer beer on tap, because the old business model that many shops cling to is a loser.
