Georgetown waterfront, right?

I used to work at the shop a stones thrown from that sign.

About two years ago, there was a big storm in DC and the Potomac came well over shore and flooded the below ground parking garage at the fancy condo building to the right in that picture.

They were pulling out ruined luxury cars for a week.
