I happen to be the easternmost editor for Bikerumor, so I’m sending our first holiday wishes from the Czech Republic. It’s hard to beat the whole ‘One Less Car’ concept that delivering Christmas presents by e-bike. Another quick shoutout to KP Cyclery for this e-Nighthawk test bike that earned my e-bike Editor’s Choice and will have more detailed features to come.
These photos, on and off the bike, were submitted by me, Cory… riding around the city this week finishing up the last shopping for friends and family, baking the last of our traditional dozen-different homemade Christmas cookies, decorating gingerbread houses to recreate our favorite mountain house getaway, and just enjoying the crisp winter air as we hope for snow.
And yes, amongst traditional cookies, I crafted my own Corona cookie-cutter to celebrate a recent recovery after all our precautions finally gave in to the pressures of a couple school-age super-spreaders in our household.
