Using a cold forged 6061-T6 construction, the Cusp DM includes a one piece lower plate that bolts to the crown of your fork with two bolts. The bar clamp is then installed with the two rearward bolts acting as both clamping bolts for the bar and securing bolts for the stem into the crown. The six bolts help keep the weight down to 174g while the 53mm wide carbon friendly clamp will be perfect for the Box X carbon DH bars.
