Thanks to Ian for the tip: These are from Rays Wheels, a Japanese wheel site.  They’re called the 57Break and look just like mountain bike disc brake rotors.  Sweeeeeet….  Now if only I still had my Integra GSR!  They come in Gold, too (the black center part is a dark gold color, not the “rotor”).
