Step one: buy a 1986 Honda Accord just north of the Mexican border. Step two? Well, Ripton & Co then welded up a hitch, added a bike rack and set off to log 1000 miles of all-denim adventure up the California Coast.
Boulder, Colorado’s Ripton & Co., makers of technical jorts and overalls say they’ve always been inspired by California, with their “imagination of the wild West Coast and its intersection with the Ripton ethos was obvious“.
So, they hopped in “Sweet Love” and drove up the coast of California to ride bikes with cool people in hopes to uncover the “wild, unknown, and unrefined side of California”.
