Darwin Hindman, mayor of Columbia, MO, is rolling pretty these days.  His city, along with Minneapolis, Sheboygan County, WI, and Marin County, CA, are part of a Federal Highway Administration pilot program aimed at making roads safer and more enjoyable for cyclists.
