Since their inception, Electra has been all about making bikes fun for the average rider. Little gets the “I’m not a racer” consumer out more than a comfortable seat/position and some cool designs. That being said, Electra is now offering their Loft model in three new colors, also a few new fashion cruisers are also taking to the streets.

Loft is a light weight commuter with a retro frame design for both men and women. Drivetrain options include 7 speed Acera (7d), 3 speed Nexus internal (3i), or a 7 speed Nexus internal (7i). They all get front and back fenders, while both 3i and 7i get rear racks. The color reflects the model, 7D is pink macaroon, 3i is mint mojito, and the 7i is green tea. Pricing: $500 (7d) : $550 (3i) : $650 (7i)
Each bike in the fashion lineup gets a Nexus 3 speed internal rear hub, front roller brake, integrated kickstand, matching bells and fenders, and Electra’s foot forward technology. Also, each edition varies in designs and accessories. The Morningstar has south western patterns and leather tassels, Daydreamer gets retro geometric shapes along with front and back racks, and Heartchya has scattered multi-colored hearts on a white base.
