Felt Bicycles Announced a voluntary recall today in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission on a small amount of 2015 cross bikes where they found the frames could break.

Approximately 150 Total Models Affected—Majority Already Located and Remedied
Irvine, CA (Nov 7, 2014)—Felt Bicycles in conjunction with the CPSC today announce a voluntary recall of a limited number of 2015 cyclo-cross bikes. The models affected are the 2015 F65X and F85X. The recall is being issued due to a potential frame problem. There were approximately 150 affected bikes in total and of that, 127 have already been located and remedied.
These bikes were sold in bicycle specialty stores nationwide from June 2014 through September 2014 for between $1,200 and $1,500.
No injuries or incidents have been reported, although as a precaution consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact their local Felt Bicycles dealer for a free inspection and frame replacement.
