Repete Cycles was born from the desire of Mikolas Vovervka and Robin Fišer to design and create their own frames. Entirely hand built in the Czech Republic, the duo are creating the frames from Columbus Niobium tube sets right in the heart of Prague. While they make the frames, they are concentrating on the package of the entire bicycle, working with a wide array of component manufacturers, and custom painting or modifying the parts to create the custom bike as a complete package.

Starting with a road bike and a track bike, but promising more to come, the frames have a unique look for steel……

Repete Reborn

The Reborn is the road frame, and immediately the striking appearance of a large, integrated and tapered headtube gives the bike a modern look. While these features are the standard on modern composite and aluminum frames, they can be very expensive and complex to make on a steel frame, especially for a custom builder. Repete says that each frame is custom geometry for the customer, and they talk about this as a primary improvement over a stock bicycle.

Repete Falcon

The Falcon is the track frame, using the same modern looking tubing as the Reborn. Repete says they are fully designed in computer modeling software, and use triple-butted Spirit HSS tubes are silver-soldered and finished on both frames. No geometry charts are available since both frames are completely custom.

According to their Facebook page, the duo will be attending NAHBS 2015 to exhibit their visually impressive complete bikes.

Did you ever tell this joke when you were a kid? (You just keep repeating the question until the other person gets really annoyed):

“Pete and RePete were walking on a bridge, Pete fell off, who was left?”
“RePete”

I like the look of the road frame and wold love to take it for a spin. Sure, I’d like a level top tube even more, but I wouldn’t quibble of over a slanted top tube. Are the forks Enve’s?

We do not make steel fork option because we belive in the 1,5” tapered headtubes which most of all creates better torsional rigidity and the combination of new age steel and great performance of carbon forks is stunning.

Road bike has Columbus FEL fork and the Track bike Columbus Pista Leggera.
Enve fork is of course an option since they also make 1,5” tapered forks.
