Draught Dry Goods tattooed leather hand sewn handlebar wrap on track bike drop bars

Draught Dry Goods had these tattooed leather wrapped track bike drop handlebars to their 2011 collection. Yes, 2011, but when something’s worth seeing, it’s worth seeing. It’s a single-piece item that won’t be reproduced. This quote is fresh, though, we just got the following from DDG owner/creative director Casey Oney:

“The tattoo’d drops were a one-off that I made in conjunction with my participation in an event called Content that happens annually at the Ace Hotel in Portland. The artwork was a collaboration between myself and Olivia Britz, and tattoo’d by her. We have some plans to do some similar projects in the future, but I’m not sure about whether or not they will be available in short runs to public. ”

You know there’s a reason stitched on leather handlebar wrapping went away. Just saying…

His name is Caesy. He started off with Freeman Transport in Missoula. He is super nice and a pleasure to work with. He is a hit with the ladies.

It puts the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the bar tape again?
