While the Geax Mezcal tire has been around for awhile, Geax recently unveiled the new 2.3 size. With it’s smooth rolling center tread, and aggressive side knobs for cornering, the Mezcal 2.3 should be a pretty popular tire, especially if it’s 710g TNT weight is true!

Check out the tread after the break.

From Geax:

The new, larger volume Mezcal 2.3 provides the same speed and confident cornering as its smaller counterpart, but handles the bigger rocks and technical sections with ease. Built with use-specific compounds, tread pattern, and casings, it rails through the gnarliest terrains, both wet and dry. Truly unique in the market, the new Mezcal re-defines the semi-slick, taking high performance All Mountain riding to the next level.
