We spoke with our local Giant dealer, Cycles de Oro, and Giant’s area sales manager, Michael Delano, over the weekend about the recall, and were informed the new frames are already shipping out for both recall replacements and normal dealer stock.
The recall was just announced via the CPSC on Friday, November 12, but it seems as though Giant had already been working on a solution. We’re working on filling in the details, but in the meantime, rest assured your local dealer should be getting some post-recall bikes in soon.
