Graeme Obree showed off his new, handbuilt time trial frame that he built up from scratch at BikeRadar Live.  CyclingNews.com has more pics and details and reports that the 43-year-old Scot said he’ll use this (with minor modifications) to attempt the hour record again…this time on a UCI-approved standard track bike.  Checkout the aero bars that he milled down and the drilled out big ring. I’m not sure that brake lever placement is ideal for quick reaction times from a tucked position, but who needs to stop when you’re on a track going for broke?
