Roadcycling.com is reporting that Outside Magazine quotes Lance Armstrong as follows:
OUTSIDE: Who are you bringing with you to the RadioShack team? What about George Hincapie?
ARMSTRONG: He’s already committed. Has been since before we got our funding.
But wait…before you get your panties in a bunch thinking “Nooooo…George needs to be the star!”, the Outside interview has apparently been updated and corrected to put the answer into context:
ARMSTRONG: He’s already committed [*to another team]. Has been since before we got our funding.
Phewww!  Good ol’ context, saved the day again.  Not that we have anything against Lance and George teaming up again.  Heck, it’d make for some good racing.  But we just really want to see George shine as the star of a team.  Wait…Lance would almost certainly help George get some stage wins.  Hmmm, now we’re torn.  Damn context.
