Come out and ride with the The Giordana-Clif Bar Cycling team and Short Track and Marathon National Champion Jeremiah Bishop this Saturday (Feb 7) in Harrisburg, NC, at the 10th Annual CSC Winter Training Ride. The ride is open to cyclists of all abilities and leaves from Harrisburg Town Park with three different distance options: 70, 55 and 30 miles. Well marked routes have several rest stops loaded with food and sag support.  10am start.
Saturday night at Nothing But Noodles, Jeremiah will share stories, highlights and photos from his experience traveling and racing around the world. From South Africa to Switzerland to Andorra to Patagonia, Jeremiah’s quest to make the 2008 Olympic team was exciting and rewarding, an adventure that is sure to inspire everyone. He’ll will also briefly speak about World Bicycle Relief, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing access to independence and livelihood through the power of bicycles.
A moderated question and answer session will conclude the presentation. Following the presentation, attendees are invited to view unique trophies, medals, jerseys and other souvenirs collected from around the world, meet Jeremiah and receive autographs and photo opportunities. During the event, one of Jeremiah’s 2008 racing jerseys will be raffled in support of World Bicycle Relief. $20 per seat, includes dinner and non-alcoholic drink.
