Keen launched their 2009 cycling shoes at Interbike (see that post here), and have recently announced some of the technical features and sizing for their Springwater model.
The Springwater is built as a casual cycling shoe that transitions from the bike to walking comfortably.  It’s available in a Men’s and Women’s model with sizes from 6-11 (with 1/2 sizes) for women and 7 to 14 (with 1/2 sizes up to 12) for men.  For full technical features, read “more“…
They feature a full-length SPD-compatible plate (1), helping deliver power to the pedals like a performance shoe, but it’s flexible enough for easy walking.
The upper is a combo of leather and webbing on the outside, and the inner lining is made of a hydrophobic wicking mesh to help keep your feet dry.  It has a removable “Metatomical” footbed (3).
The outsole is a non-marking rubber (5) and comes with a little cleat cap plate that can be used in place of cleats for non-clipless pedals.
Average weight for Men’s is 15.5oz, Women’s is 13.5oz.  MSRP is $130 and they will be available in January 2009.
