2010 lazer nirvana mountain bike helmet with rollsys

Lazer has introduced its first mountain bike-specific helmet, the Nirvana.

Weighing in at just 260g, it’s on par with other lightweight helmets in terms of weight.  It has 21 oversized “Dynamic Air Channel” vents that claim to move air through it effectively, even at the lower speeds typically ridden off road.

The pads use X-Static material to kill 99.9% of bacteria, which should help keep the helmet fresh(er) while wicking away moisture.  Lastly, it uses Lazer’s Rollsys (pic after the break) retention system, making it quick and easy to adjust the helmet’s fit by dialing the red knob on the top rear of the helmet. Besides making adjustments simple, it also makes the helmet ponytail friendly.  Plus, it comes in SIX colors, so it’s fashion-friendly, too.
