Fullsteam Brewery founder Sean Lilly Wilson is owed a major debt by any North Carolina beer drinker. He was instrumental in changing the laws here that led to purer, truer to style IPAs and other higher alcohol beer, which has since led to an explosion in the number of craft brews being batched in our state.
