Pure japanese ingenuity. One guy started on this bike at the IronMan in Hawaii. I bet its a comfy ride. 🙂

I met with this builder (I’m Japanese). He said that the material is mahogany and it is no longer can cut down freely, so he only can build the bike with his stock. He is not sure how many he can build for the future, but said not so many. And also said he has many back orders for 3 or 4 years.

@domitarou – will you be atending the show next year? We could use a translater to help get details from the Japanese builders. They bring amazing work. If interested please email me at Nick.Burklow@bikerumor.com

Is the big ring on that mini velo designed for chasing tandem bikes on the downhills?
