Nashville’s first meeting of their Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) wrapped up their first strategic meeting in late November, with plans for four more meetings over the next 10 months.  They’ve set up this blog to allow area residents to communicate their thoughts on the plans and developments, as well as to keep everyone updated on progress.

I’ll be there in January for the AC/DC concert (so, technically speaking, I’m about to rock), and will tool around and check out the bike lane situation…

just want to offer a correction to your posting…the BPAC to which you are referring is the Metropolitan Planning Organization BPAC for the regional area (basically the 5 county area including Davidson).

Nashville/Davidson County does have a BPAC, but it has yet to meet, and is strictly focused on Davidson County.
