Fyxation, fresh offa sending out their budget Gates flat pedal, has unleashed their new Mesa pedal.
The body’s made out of high impact nylon, so it’s lightweight, and it has a wide platform with premolded pegs in all the usual places.
Fyxation says it’ll work with most popular foot straps and retention devices on the market. Unlike the $20 Gates with its loose ball bearings, the $48 Mesa gets sealed bearings. Both run on a chromoly spindle.
Specs are: 123g/pair, 13.3mm height and 105mm width. They’re available in red, white and black.
