New Plasma Saddle from Nuke Proof

Nuke Proof recently released their new Plasma saddles in several shades.

Available in black, white and nuclear yellow, the saddles have lightweight CrN Ti rails witha two-piece Lorica cover with synthetic grip strip running down the center.

Nuke Proof co-developed the saddle using Velo’s expertise and customization facility. Size is a slim 275mm x 132mm and weight is 215g.

Nukeproof? Holy crap…when did they come back?!?

I’m still rocking a pair of Nukeproof carbon bars from “back in the day”…

I wonder how durable the Lorica upper is… one crash and the sides are liable to be eaten up, hence why other saddle makers opt for tougher fabric specially woven in those area such as kevlar.
