Creating a circle of light seems to be a growing trend these days. Light & Motion debuted their VIS series at Sea Otter, and now Princeton Tec unveils the Push.
Getting its name from a “conveniently large push button” used to power it up, the Push pumps out 100 lumens from a Maxbright LED in the front and flashing red light through side windows. The effect is 260º visibility, helping those in front of and beside you see you better.
The quick release mount will work with any size handlebar, and if you push and hold the button, you can toggle the blinking side lights off for use on the trail (unless you want the deer to see you). The front light has high, low and flash modes for up to 63 hours of run time. You can also unclip the light from the bracket and use it as a flashlight or just removed for quick anti-theft stowage. MSRP is $49.99.
